From Garden State Parkway:
Traveling on the Garden State Parkway South, take Exit 100B if going from NORTH, or Exit 100 if going from SOUTH. The exit leads you onto Route 33 East.
Continue on Route 33 East (also called Corlies Ave) 7 traffic lights up to Sixth Avenue.
Make a right hand turn at this light (before ice-cream parlor “Cone Zone”) onto Sixth Avenue. Stay on the left line.
Bearing left, continue on Sixth Avenue to “Jersey Shore Plaza” located on the right hand side of the road. The number is 2040 Sixth Avenue – Sea View Orthopaedics building. Enter into Door B, Suite 1.

From Route 18:
Take Exit to Route 33 East / Neptune.
Right after the ramp keep left line and follow sign to Neptune.
Make a right turn at 2-nd traffic light onto Sixth Ave (before ice-cream parlor “Cone Zone”).
Stay on the left line. Bearing left, continue on Sixth Avenue to “Jersey Shore Plaza”, located on the right side of the road. The number is 2040 Sixth Avenue – Seaview Orthopaedics building. Enter into Door B, Suite 1.

FROM NORTH:
Garden State Parkway South to Exit 91.
Bear left after the toll, and continue around the jug handle. Travel in the right hand lane.
Make a right hand turn onto Burnt Tavern Road.
Go over a small bridge to the first traffic light.
Make a right hand turn at this light onto Lanes Mill Road.
Travel 1 mile to the very next traffic light at Jack Martin Blvd.
Make a left hand turn on Jack Martin Blvd.,
Just past the Medical Center of Ocean County (previously called Brick Hospital)
You will see the Ocean Medical Park located on the left hand side of the road.
Upon entering the driveway, follow signs to Suite B-1.
If you reach Route 70, you just passed our office.

FROM SOUTH:
Garden State Parkway North, continue to Exit 90 (Bricktown Exit).
At the end of the exit, make a right hand turn onto Chambersbridge Road.
Stay to your extreme right and take the jug handle around follow signs to Rt. 88 East. You are now on Chambersbridge Road North.
At the second traffic light make a right hand turn onto Route 88 East (Shell Gas Station)
Continue on route 88 East to the next traffic light at Jack Martin Blvd.
Make a left hand turn onto Jack Martin Blvd.
The Medical Center of Ocean County (previously called Brick Hospital) will be on your right. The Ocean Medical Park will be on the left hand side of the road. Upon entering the driveway, follow signs to Suite B-1.

FROM WEST:
From Route 9 South, continue to Route 88 East.
Continue on Route 88 East to the 5-th traffic light at Jack Martin Blvd.
Make a left hand turn onto Jack Martin Blvd.
Continue on Jack Martin Blvd., just past the Medical Center of Ocean County (previously called Brick Hospital). The Ocean Medical Park is located on the left hand side of the road. Upon entering the driveway, follow signs to Suite B-1.

NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE
Exit 11. At the toll booth look for Route 1 & 9 (North) proceed to Route 9 (North). Once on Route 9 (North) get into far left lane and this will lead into a U-Turn right beyond the Mall on the opposite side of Route 9. Enter the Mall on Right on Route 9 (South).

PARKWAY (SOUTH)
Exit 130. Proceed to Route 1 North. Once on Route 1 look for Woodbridge Center Mall/Woodbridge Center Drive. Pull into parking area for the Woodbridge Center Mall and we are located in the 9-story office building with the sign on the roof The Jewelry Exchange located directly behind J.C. Penney’s and Lord and Taylor.
