The ABMC promotes and supports
the highest standards of professional conduct and practice in
the providing of expert opinions and consultation to the
insurance industry.
ABMC members should be honest and
straightforward in representing their credentials and
professional experience.
ABMC members should remain
completely objective and impartial in their evaluations and
reports. Information received and provided should remain
completely confidential. Findings and conclusions should be
clearly stated, being neither vague, incomplete nor misleading.
ABMC members are expected to
conduct themselves personally and professionally in such a
manner as to enhance the honor of the ABMC and the respect in
which it is held. Behavior adverse to the mission and principles
of the ABMC is to be avoided and could result in revocation of a
member's certificate and standing in the ABMC.
